PANEL DISCUSSION – Referrals process for Green Social Prescribing activities

This session will consist of a panel discussion between City of Trees, Lancashire Wildlife Trust and Petrus exploring the topic of the referrals process for Green Social Prescribing activirties. During the session we will discuss successful and less successful elements of proactively generating referrals, drawing from the experience of the panel. There will be a Q&A opportunity for individuals attending.

WORKSHOP – Increasing access to nature for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage

This session will explore the topic of increasing access to nature for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. This session will be hosted by Kate Hardy from Back on Track who are a leading specialist provider of community learning and holistic support to adults. During the session Kate will discuss the how Back on Track faciliates adults joining green activity programmes focused on utilising nature for wellbeing.

TRAINING – Introduction to Permaculture for Gardeners (2 day course)
Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May 2025 at 10:00 (in-person)
A course for gardeners and home growers introducing the basic concepts of Permaculture Design and exploring how these ideas can be used to create an abundant and regenerative garden which is grounded in place through deeper connection to ecology and nature.
